Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups day-old bread cubed
  • 1 cup cranberries dried
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 egg beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté the onion and garlic in a skillet over medium heat until softened.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the turkey, sautéed onion, garlic, bread cubes, cranberries, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the chicken broth and beaten egg to the mixture, and stir until well incorporated.
  5. Form the mixture into balls, about the size of a golf ball, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
