Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the onions and garlic until soft, about 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, sautéed onions and garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, milk, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan, pressing gently to shape it.
Spread ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake for 45-55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let the meatloaf rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
