Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cubed bread
  • 1 cup cooked turkey shredded
  • 1/2 cup celery finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, sauté the onion and celery.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the sautéed vegetables, cubed bread, shredded turkey, and spices.
  4. Add the chicken broth and mix until the mixture is moist but not soggy.
  5. Stir in the egg until fully incorporated.
  6. Shape the mixture into balls, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
  7. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow the turkey stuffing balls to cool slightly before serving.
